Privacy notice for e-learning

Notes regarding access to your personal data

On the edu.fes.de e-learning platform, the following personal data can be found and viewed by other registered platform users via the search function or in the forums:

• First name

• Surname

• Email address

You can optionally add the following data to your profile settings:

• Place of residence

• Organisation

• Website

• Profile picture

The assignment of your name to your posts in forums will be removed automatically after two years upon deletion of your Moodle account if you do not use the platform. For more information about data privacy please see our General data privacy statement.
