The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung e.V. is organised as a non-profit association. In accordance with the association's statutes, the Executive Board is elected by the General Assembly for two years (most recently in December 2022). It consists of the Chairman, his two deputies, the Managing Director and a further seven members, up to a maximum of eleven in total.
