This section of the Power Resources Tool Kit focuses on building workers and union power by linking campaigning and organising work. Through campaigning, we put pressure on employers. Via organizing, we increase the participation of workers in our unions and communities. Both are necessary to improve conditions for workers and building up the collective strength of workers at the base.
